Vintage Modern Issue

The breadth and scope of Habitus has always been extraordinary. With how we live at heart of every issue, we have stepped it up with Guest Editor David Flack of Flack Studio shaking the ‘how’ and looking at new ways to make a house a home. With Vintage Modern as the issues theme, we look at the way iconic design has stayed with us, how daring pieces from the past can add the wow factor and how architecture and good design defy the pigeon hole of their era.

Ambro Luminate – 3D Clear

Gibbon Group and Ambro invite you to walk through their new doors.

The thing you rarely notice when entering a room is usually the door. Often dull in finish or transparent, as if to be invisible, most doors rarely add a statement of quality or create a sense of excitement about what’s on the other side. But Ambro has turned this on its head with the release of their ‘Luminate 3D Clear’ – high gloss door range.

Building from their Luminate series, the new product adds a high gloss acrylic finish with a clear “vision” panel. The door is illuminated as light passes through it, drawing attention to the space and urging you to walk through.

Ambro Luminate doors have superior acoustic properties over glass panel doors and will allow natural light to flow into internal spaces.

Available in 10 standard colours – plus an option to colour match to your scheme if required – Ambro can fully customise your door’s design, including the design of the vision panels and overall door size.

To give your space an attractive and inviting entrance, choose an Ambro Luminate 3D Clear door.

The doors are available through Gibbon Group in Australia and Kim Crossan Marketing in New Zealand.
