Full shortlist now revealed: Winnings x Habitus House of the Year

The final announcement is here, rounding out the full set of 20 projects competing in the 2024 residential design contest.


This year, we are proud to be working with Winnings and Rogerseller, Gold and Silver partners respectively, to create the annual set of awards recognising some of the finest residential design across the Asia-Pacific region. Having already announced three sets of five projects at a time, we’re now delighted to finalise the 2024 shortlist with the last five projects.

So, that’s it ­– the full selection for the 2024 Winnings x Habitus House of the Year shortlist, with work across Australia as well as representation from New Zealand, India and Singapore.

Don’t forget to read all about our exciting jury and their judging day at Winnings’ Redfern showroom in Sydney too. Before we reach the awards a little later in the year, we’ll be providing much more coverage of the projects and practices behind them.
