  • The draw is run and promoted by Indesign Publishing Pty Ltd in association with our sponsors and media partners 
  • To enter, the entrant must select their “House of the Year” on Habitusliving.com/house of the year 
  • Only one (1) entry allowed per entrant 
  • By entering into the draw, entrants consent to be added to the email database for Habitusliving 
  • Any incomplete entries are disqualified from the draw 
  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older 
  • Employees of Indesign Publishing Pty Ltd, contractors, related agencies or members of immediate family (“Immediate family” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, sibling (whether natural or adopted by parents) are ineligible to enter this competition 
  • Employees of Technogym, DOMO, Special Lights, Artedomus, Obodo, Farage, Designer Rugs, English Tapware Company, K5 Furniture, Artemide, Axolotl, The Done Group, Pure Interiors, Ducksnest, their contractors, related agencies or members of immediate family are ineligible to enter this competition 
  • By entering into the draw, the entrant warrants that they satisfactorily meet the entry requirements and accepts the terms and conditions associated with the draw 
  • The competition commences 10:00am (AEST) Monday 23rd September 2024 and closes 11:59pm (AEST) Monday 4th November 2024
  • There is one major prize to be won. Total value of prize pool is $22,547
  • The major prize consists of fourteen (14) individual prizes. One winner will win all prizes in the pool. 
  • The prizes are as follows:

  • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash 
  • Winners will be notified by email on Friday 8th November 2024 
  • The winner’s name will also be posted on Habitusliving.com on Friday 8th November 2024
  • The draw and the announcement of the prize winner will be scrutinised by an independent party, as per NSW Fair Trading guidelines. 
  • The winner is required to reply to the email accepting the prize and confirming their name and delivery details within ten (10) business days from Friday 8th November 2024
  • The winner’s name and contact details will be passed on to respective parties within each participating company, who will contact the winner to arrange prize delivery 
  • Delivery of the prizes will be arranged between the winner and the prize giver, with prizes (excluding vouchers) to be delivered and accepted by the winner within 12 (twelve) months from the overall prize pool being accepted. Prizes not claimed within this time will be forfeited  
  • Vouchers will be active from the date of the prize being accepted, and will be valid for three (3) months from this date 
  • The random prize draw will take place at 96 Holdsworth Street, Woollahra NSW at 10:00am (AEST) on Friday 8th November 2024. The winner will be selected at random in line with the national TPL requirements and under authority number TP/02205 
  • Whilst best efforts will be made to contact the winner, in the event that reasonable attempts at notification fail for whatever reason and receipt of notification by the above specification is not provided, the winner will forfeit the prize and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after ten (10) business days from Friday 8th November 2024, it will be redrawn on Friday 22nd November 2024 at the same time and place as the original draw and the new winner notified by email 
  • By entering and participating in the draw, the entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Indesign Publishing Pty Ltd from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to: (i) entrant’s participation in the draw, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any prize related activities, acceptance of a prize and/or use or misuse of a prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)) 
  • The prizes in the pool are supplied by third parties to Indesign Publishing Pty Ltd. These prizes are subject to conditions imposed by Technogym, DOMO, Special Lights, Artedomus, Obodo, Farage, Designer Rugs, English Tapware Company, K5 Furniture, Artemide, Axolotl, The Done Group, Pure Interiors, Ducksnest
  • The prizes in the pool are to be the responsibility of the third party company supplying them. Should the prizes differ from the products advertised or be delivered with fault, the winner should, where reasonably appropriate, liaise directly with the company 
  • Delivery of the prizes will be orchestrated by Technogym, DOMO, Special Lights, Artedomus, Obodo, Farage, Designer Rugs, English Tapware Company, K5 Furniture, Artemide, Axolotl, The Done Group, Pure Interiors, Ducksnest
  • For any prizes involving vouchers, the relevant third party will cover the cost of one delivery. Where products are out of stock, the third party will hold in stock items for the period the voucher is active, until all products are available for delivery. All products will be sent together.  Should the winner wish to arrange separate deliveries, this will be at their own cost 
  • In the event that the winner is not present to accept delivery of the prize or delivery cannot otherwise be made, the winner must pay the cost of redelivery   
  • Indesign Publishing Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any and all entrants where there is reasonable cause to suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, such as submitting false information, infringing the intellectual property rights of third party’s involved in the draw, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and conditions 
  • Indesign Publishing Pty Ltd respects and protects the privacy of our users. This draw will be run in accordance to the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Legal and Privacy clause as stipulated in full on Indesignlive.com/legal-privacy
